Παρακαλώ να μου προτείνετε βότανα που θα με βοηθήσουν στους πόνους που έχω στη φτέρνα, στον αχίλλειο τένοντα, μπροστά στο μετατάρσιο μέρος, αλλά και στα γόνατα. Τα κάτω άκρα αλλά και τα γόνατα κάποιες φορές πρήζονται κιόλας. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

✅ AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅INTERNAL MEDICATION

👉 For pain + swelling + tendon issues

1.Yogaraja Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food Reduces the symptoms of pain and stiffness typical of Vata that are chronic and of a recalcitrant nature.

2 Punarnava Mandur – 2 tablets twice daily Removes swelling in the leg and helps circulation become normal.

👉 For heel + Achilles + metatarsal pain

3 Dashmoolaristha – 15 ml with warm water twice daily Helps tendons, ligaments, and joints get rid of the inflammatory process.

👉For overall leg strength

4 Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g at bedtime with warm milk Improves muscle tone, reduces Vata, and strengthens the tendons.

✅ EXTERNAL CARE

(Very Important)

👉 Mahanarayana Taila Warm oil massage from thigh to feet 10 minutes daily Reduces Vata, pain, and tendon stiffness.

👉 Local Steam (Nadi Sweda) or hot fomemtation After oil massage Apply local steam to the heel, Achilles, and knees Help in reducing edema and restoring the range of motion.

👉 For Heel Pain Warm salt-water foot soak (15 minutes) Add: turmeric + rock salt Help in reducing the inflammatory process and in the release of the stiffening agents.

✅DIET MODIFICATION

❌Foods to avoid (increase pain & swelling) Curd at night Potato, brinjal Cold foods, refrigerated foods Prolonged fasting (increases Vata)

☑️Foods to include

Warm soups: mung dal, vegetable, dashmoola water Sesame seeds (1 tsp/day) Turmeric + ginger in daily cooking Ghee 1 tsp/day – lubricates joints & tendons Ripe fruits, warm water

✅ LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION

Refrain from sitting for a long time—keep moving every 30–40 minutes. Gentle stretching of: calf muscles Achilles tendon hamstrings Wear comfortable shoes with arch support. Refrain from walking barefoot on hard surfaces.
