does shilajit increase sex time - #44547

Andrew

I am really curious about something. For the last few months, I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish, and I’ve noticed it’s affecting my energy levels in, well, all departments! 😅 My partner and I have had some great moments, but lately, it’s like, I’m just not able to keep going as long as I used to. I heard about shilajit and wondering — does shilajit increase sex time? I mean, does it really help with stamina? I read some reviews online claiming shilajit has amazing properties for boosting energy and even performance, so thought it might help. I tried taking it for a couple weeks but didn’t feel much difference, maybe I was expecting too much too soon?? Last week, I had a little mishap where I just ran out of steam, not exactly the romantic evening I planned, ugh! Anyway, does shilajit actually help with endurance, or is it just one of those things people hype up? Should I be taking it differently or looking for other natural supplements? Just really want to feel like myself again, ya know? Would love any advice or personal experiences about whether shilajit increased sex time for you! Thanks a bunch!

Shilajit could potentially help with increasing stamina and sexual endurance, though its effects may vary from person to person. In Ayurveda, Shilajit is considered a potent rejuvenative (Rasayana) and an adaptogen, which means it supports the body in managing stress and improving energy levels. Traditionally, it has been used to boost vitality and enhance performance by nourishing dhatus (tissues), particularly the reproductive tissues known as Shukra dhatu, which is associated with sexual energy and stamina.

However, expecting immediate dramatic changes might not be realistic. It often requires consistent use to see noticeable improvements. Dosage and quality of the Shilajit play a significant role too. For optimal benefits, it is important to choose a high-quality, purified form of Shilajit. A typical recommended dose is about 300 to 500 mg per day, preferably taken with warm milk or water in the morning, but it’s essential to consult with a healthcare provider or an Ayurvedic practitioner, especially if you have any health conditions or are taking other medications.

You might also want to consider your overall lifestyle, as a sedentary lifestyle, improper diet, or stress could contribute to the issues you are facing. Regular exercise, a balanced diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, and adequate hydration can significantly impact your energy and stamina levels.

In addition to Shilajit, other Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha and Gokshura can also help in enhancing vitality and sexual wellness. These work synergistically to support overall strength, stamina, and stress management. Again, individual differences matter, and patience is key with herbal supplements.

It might be beneficial to review and align your lifestyle with your energy needs—adequate sleep, mindfulness practices, and stress management can create a robust foundation for improving endurance not just sexually but in other aspects of life too.
