I'm doing masturbation for almost 8 years when I started at that I reach the climax 3 - 4 min and doing 3 - 4 times per day , now past two years I'm facing Premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction problem and reach the climax within 10 seconds and now doing 3 - 4 times per day my penis skin too sensitive

Reducing to 1-2 times per week could help in reserving that vital energy. Restoring balance requires proper diet, lifestyle modifications, and herbal support.

In terms of dietary recommendation: include foods which naturally support the reproductive system and enhance vitality, like almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, and milk. Root vegetables and ghee, known for grounding and nourishing qualities, are also beneficial. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and spicy food that may increase Vata.

Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari may be supportive. Ashwagandha is known for its rejuvenating properties on the nervous and reproductive systems. Consuming Ashwagandha in powdered form with warm milk before bedtime can be beneficial. Shatavari may be taken in similar fashion to enhance the nurturing aspect of your body’s systems.
