Ling mein tanav ki kami aur dhilapan kafi samay se problem rahi hai, aur Ayurveda kehtaa hai ki ye prakriti ke dosho mein asantulan ka nateeja ho sakta hai, vishesh roop se Vata aur Kapha dosha. Pehli baat, vyakti ke agni (digestive fire) ka samarthan zaroori hota hai, kyonki acchi pachen kriya swasthya ke mahatvapurn kadi hai. Aap haldi, ajwain aur hing ko apne ahar mein shamil karke ismein sudhar la sakte hain. Yeh sugandhit masale agni ko pramridd karte hain aur vata aur kapha ko control mein rakhte hain.

Ashwagandha aur Shatavari jaisi jadibutiyan virdi aur santulan donoka samarthan karti hain. Ashwagandha powder ko doodh ke sath, raat mein sona se pehle le sakte hain; lagbhag 1 chammach. Shatavari churna bhi doodh mein milake piya ja sakta hai. Yeh tanav ghataata hai aur sharir ki shakti badhata hai.

Sath hi vyayam aur yog bhagyaad ka anushilan karen. Kaunch ke beej aur gokshura bhi gunkar hote hain ling ke samarthan ke liye. Yah subh kaale me; chalega.

Stress aur tanav kam karna bhi zaroori hai. Pranayama aur kuch dhyaan (meditation) daily apne dinchari me shamil karein. Din-men dosh honesse bachne keliye acche nidra ka paalan karein, kam se kam 7-8 ghante ki neend lo. Ahara mein nutrition surakshit ho, junk aur masalewale khane se door rahein. Anaje gehu aur jow ko apne ahar mein add karein, kyunki ye sab dhyaan rakha kisika physical aur mentral practice ke liya sahi hai.

Agar ye kudrati upchaar kuch dino me koi sudhaar nahi lata to kisi ayurvedic doctor ya health consultant se salam le lehet hain. Yah mahatvapurn hai ki aapke sharir kee sthithi ko samajhne ke liye samay le aur samuchit chikitsa karein.

Aahar aur dincharya par dhyaan dena zaroori hai. Garam padarth se parhej kare, aur jyada masale aur tel wale bhojan se dure rahein, kyon ki ye vata ko aur badha sakte hain. Apne ahar mein anaj jaise jowar, bajra aur sabziyan jaise ghiya aur tori shamil karein.

Kaunch ke beej ka churan, ek mahine tak pratidin lein, yeh vrishya ki tarah kaam karta hai aur prajanan tantra ko majbooti provide karta hai. Ek chamach yeh churan, doodh ke sath le sakte hain. Iske alawa, ashwagandha aur shatavari churan ki saath ek cup dudh mila kar raat mein lein.

Kapaalbharti aur anulom vilom pranayam, in dono pranayam ko apni dincharya mein antarbhut karein, kyon ki ye pranayam sharir ko saamagri roop se saans ki shuddhi karte hain aur rogon se surakshit rakhte hain.

Yadi saptah bharon main parivartan dikhaayi nahi deta hai ya samasya dheere dheere ghanabheet hoti dikhe, to yah aavayshak hai ki apne doctor se turant sampark karein, kyon ki kisi bhi medical pareekshan ko nazarandaz nahi kiya ja sakta hai.
