Best solution for ED, low drive - I am okay with cialis.. Early ejaculation / zero or low drive. I’ve currently started taking Shilajit tabs from Himalaya wellness -2 tabs in morning and also bought Himalaya wellness gokshura tabs and tentex royal.i hope to find a permanent solution. Also, I am unable to drink milk so cannot have any medicine with milk. I also have Shilajit resin. I need guidance for a permanent solution

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab Confido 2-0-2 Cap.Steesscom 1-0-1 Count plus granules 15gms twice a day. Follow up after 4weeks.
