Hello I‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ can understand your concern. As a matter of fact, premature greying (Akala Palitya) has become a very common phenomenon lately. However, if we are to follow a proper Ayurvedic approach, we will be able to not only slow down the greying process but also increase hair strength and even defer the further greying stage.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Amla Capsules: 1 capsule twice daily after meals 2. Bringaraj Capsule: 1 capsule twice daily 3. Narasimha Rasayana: 1 spoon daily with warm milk on an empty stomach in the morning 4. Punarnavadi Mandur (if only mild anaemia): 1 tablet twice daily 5. Saptamrit Lauh: 1 tablet twice daily after food

These are very good for hair roots, as they pacify Pitta, and help pigment production get strong.

EXTERNAL TREATMENT (Very Important)

1. Bhringraj Taila / Neelibhringadi Tail Slightly warm Apply to scalp 3–4 times/week, leave overnight

2. Amla + Curry Leaves Hair Pack (Once a week) Amla powder 2 tbsp + Curry leaves paste + little yogurt Apply 30 minutes and wash

3. Do not use chemical hair dyes Rather use Henna + Indigo natural combination.

DIET AND LIFESTYLE

✅What to eat

Amla juice every morning Black sesame seeds (1 tsp/day) Almonds, walnuts, dates Ghee (1 tsp/day) – helps to reduce the internal heat Green leafy vegetables Coconut water 3–4 times/week

❌What not to eat Too much tea/coffee Oily, spicy, and fermented food Not sleeping at night Too much of stressing Frequent hair colouring/heat styling

✅HOME REMEDY

1. Amla + Coconut Oil Put Amla pieces in a glass jar of coconut oil, and Once the amla pieces have turned black, strain the oil and store it in a container. Use it 3 times/week

2. Curry Leaves Water Boil curry leaves in water → drink ½ cup daily. Helps deepen natural hair pigment.

3. Black Sesame Seeds 1 tsp roasted every morning – excellent for greying.

Warm wishes Dr Snehal ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌Vidhate

HELLO !

Yeh jo baal jaldi safed ho rahe hain, iske do bade kaaran hote hain body mein nutrition ki kami, stress, digestion weak hona, aur kabhi-kabhi family tendency bhi hoti hai. Lekin good news yeh hai ki aap safed baal kam kar sakte hain, unka spread slow kar sakte hain, aur naye safed baal aane ki speed ko bohot der tak rok sakte hain, agar aap body ko andar se strong karein.

Main aapko bilkul practical, ghar par kaarne layak steps de rahi hoon jo har kisi ke liye affordable hote hain.

Safed baal tab badhte hain jab melanin bandh ho jata hai. Melanin ko chalne ke liye body ko chahiye: • Achha nutrition • Kam stress • Achha digestion • Vitamins (B12, D, iron) • Strong scalp blood flow

Agar yeh sab theek ho jaaye toh aapke baal der se safed hote hain aur jo baal abhi naya safed aane wala hota hai, woh ruk jaata hai. Old grey hair black nahi hota, par new grey ko rokna possible hai.

2) Internal Ayurvedic Medicines (simple, effective)

•	Amapachana Vati – 2 tablets twice daily for 7 days after meals
•	Amla Capsule – 1 capsule twice daily for 3 months
•	Bhringraj Capsule – 1 capsule twice daily for 3 months
•	Triphala Churna – ½ teaspoon at night with warm water for 2–3 months
•	Nilibhringadi Oil – Apply on scalp 3 times a week overnight for 3 months

3) Diet: • Roz soaked almonds 5, munakka 3, 1 glass doodh (agar suit kare) • Har din 1 bowl dahi + gur (agar acidity na ho) • Khana hamesha garam & fresh • Avoid: chips, bakery, maggi, Chinese, cold drinks • Green sabziyan, dals, ghee half teaspoon daily

4) Investigations (zaroor karwaaye) • Vitamin B12 • Vitamin D • Thyroid (TSH) • Ferritin (Iron stores)

Inme kami safed baal ko speed se badhati hai.

5) Home Care Cure to Slow Down Greying

🌿 Amla powder + coconut oil – heat lightly and apply twice a week 🌿 Curry leaves tea – 1 cup daily (very effective) 🌿 Heat & chemicals avoid – straightening, rebonding, harsh shampoos

Warm Assurance

Aap bilkul tension mat lijiye. Safed baal slow ho sakte hain, unka spread kaafi kam ho sakta hai, aur naya safed baal der se aayega, bas aapko thoda regular rehna padega. Yeh steps affordable bhi hain aur easy bhi.

Main aapke saath hoon aap chahein toh main aapko monthly routine bhi bana kar de sakti hoon.

Warm regards, Dr. Karthika

Inhe santulit karna mahatvapurn hai.

Pehle aapka dhyaan apne aahaar par dena chahiye. Ghar ka bana poora bhojan, jo ki taja aur garm ho, use khayein. Aam ka ulta, masale waley, radaan se doori banayein kyunki ye pitta ko uttejit karte hain. Aap gajar, palak, alubukhare jaise sabji khasakti hain jo balon ko poshan de sakti hain.

Isse rakt sannas (blood circulation) behtar hota hai aur balon ko poshan milta hai.

Yadi aap kisi pathaya dowahini ka pata lagana chhate hai to aushadhiyon ka saath lene ke liye ek Ayurveda chikitsak se samparkh karein. Aapka chikitsak apke dosha aur hali motivey dekhkar mai tark kar sakega ki kaunsi upayen nahi hai aapke liye aadhaarbaar.

Dhyaan rahein, stress ko halkaa rakhne ke liye dhyan aur pranayama jaise yogik abhyas bhi lao, jo vata aur pitta ko shant karta hai. Isse samasya niche gi mil sakta hai.

Grey hair, or premature graying, can indeed be influenced by various factors such as genetics, diet, and lifestyle. From a Siddha-Ayurvedic perspective, the balance of doshas plays a significant role. Often, an excess of the pitta dosha is linked to premature graying and hair issues. Here are some tailored suggestions to help address this concern:

1. Amla (Indian Gooseberry): Incorporate amla into the diet, as it is a powerful rejuvenator. Eating amla in raw form or as a powder mixed with water can help balance the pitta dosha and is rich in vitamin C, which nourishes the hair.

2. Bhringraj Oil: Using bhringraj oil for scalp massages can be beneficial. Warm the oil slightly and massage it into the scalp gently with your fingertips once or twice a week. This oil is known to promote hair health and reduce graying.

3. Diet Adjustments: Focus on a diet that includes antioxidants. Include more greens, seasonal fruits, and nuts that help nourish the hair follicles. Avoid excessive spicy, fried, or fermented foods that might exacerbate pitta imbalance.

4. Yogic Practices: Encourage regular practice of yoga and pranayama which can help reduce stress and improve overall health, indirectly helping hair conditions as well.

5. Herbal Supplements: Consider Triphala tablets, which help with digestion regulate the body’s balance, and can prevent premature aging signs. However, it’s best to consult with a practitioner before starting any supplements.

6. Lifestyle Moderations: Ensure regular sleep patterns and manage stress through meditation or other suitable relaxation techniques. An irregular lifestyle can often disrupt dosha balance, affecting hair health.

Grandparents should follow these recommendations consistently to observe tangible improvements. If they experience sudden or severe hair loss and other accompanied symptoms, it is advisable to consult a medical practitioner to rule out any underlying health issues.
