About 10 years ago I done piles and fistula operation. After few months my problems gradually started. Now I cannot walk more than 25 meters,Icannot lie down and sleep,I feel that my stool is notcompletely evacuate,I have chronic gas problem with bloating, is this due to constipation and manibadrangulam is a better solution

Hello, Hope you do not have any piles and fistula, now and no structural damage. Yes. Manibhadram gulam can be taken in the dosage of one teaspoon at bedtime with a cup of warm water. But the following will be more effective: 1. Danti haritaki lehyam 1 teaspoon after dinnet with cup of warm water/warm milk. 2. Pippalyasavam 15ml—0—15ml with equal amount of water after breakfast and after dinner. Take care, Kind regards.
