Irregular periods, yaani aniyamit mahavari, ka ayurvedic ilaj aapke dosha aur lifestyle ke adhar par kiya ja sakta hai. Agni usool par hath dalte hue, pahal ka mukhya maqsad sahi digestion aur hormones ka balance hai. Ayurveda ke mutabiq, yeh sthiti zyadatar vata dosha ke vikrati ka natija hai.

Aap Ashoka rishta ka sewan kar sakte hain, jisse female reproductive system ko support mil sakta hai. Iska 2 tablespoon, pani ke saath din mein do bar lene se fayda ho sakta hai. Chitwan, anavla aur dashmool capsules, herbal churan ya kashayam bhi santulan mein madadgar ho sakte hain.

Aapne khana peene par bhi dhyan dena zaroori hai: garam, spiced khana lena chahiye aur processed aur canned food se door rahna chahiye. Khub paani piyen lekin thanda paani nahi, koshish kare thoda gunguna paani lene ki. Samay par bhujan kare aur choti-moti bhukh lagne par mid-meal snack ke taur par seasonal fruits khayein.

Yoga aur pranayama zyada help karte hain hormonal balance aur stress ko dur karne mein. Kapalbhati aur anulom vilom pratyahar ki kriya apko vata ko shant kar sakte hain. Prati din minimum 20-30 minutes inka abhyaas kijiye.

Lekin yaad rahe, agar period irregularity 3 mahine se zyada talak chali aa rahi hai to kisi qualified ayurvedic vaidya se milna zyada zaroori hai. Aankh band karke self-medicate nahi karna chahiye, kyunki andar ki bimari ka bhi sanket ho sakta hai. Bina der karein, kisi specialist ka samarthan lena acha rahega.

Irregular periods often stem from an imbalance between the doshas, particularly kapha and vata. It’s essential to address the root cause rather than just the symptoms. In the Siddha-Ayurvedic tradition, the focus will be on harmonizing these imbalances through diet, lifestyle, and specific herbs. Ashoka (Saraca indica) is a traditional choice; this herb supports uterine health and balances hormones. Consume Ashoka churna with warm water after meals, twice daily.

Another option is Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), known for its balancing effects on the female reproductive system. Taking Shatavari powder mixed in a glass of warm milk at bedtime can help stabilize menstrual cycles over time.

Improving your agni, or digestive fire, is also critical. Consider taking a small piece of ginger with a pinch of salt just before meals to enhance digestion. Also, incorporate more fiber-rich foods and reduce processed foods, which can disrupt hormonal balance.

Ensure your daily routine includes regular physical activity and stress-reducing practices, like yoga or meditation, to help regulate vata. It’s also good to maintain a consistent sleep schedule, aiming for 7-8 hours of rest each night. Finally, avoid caffeine and cold foods, which can aggravate vata and kapha.

If the issues persist or worsen, it’s a wise step to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions that might require specific attention.
