Ling ka tainav banaye rakhne mein samasya ka samana karna kabhi-kabhi vata aur pitta doshon ke astitva ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Yeh samasya sharir ki uja aur masik sthiti, donon se judi ho sakta hai. Prathamik roop se, aapko apne vata-pitta santulan par dhyan dena hoga.
Pehla kadam hai aapni ahar aur jeewan shaili ko samlajhna. Aapko santulukit aur Ushna ahar lena chahiye jo agni ko prakhar banaye. Til ya badam ka tel rojana istemal kar sakte hain, khaaskar sardi ke mausam mein. Ahara mein jaidadi ko shamil kijie, jisme ashvagandha aur shatavari jaisi jadibutiyan shaamil hon. Yeh sapta dhatu ko majboot kar sakti hain.
Brahma muhurat mein uthte hue thoda pranayama jaise anulom vilom aur bhramari karne se nadia aur mansik sthiti ko sudhaara ja sakta hai. Yog aasan jinka kendrikaran niyamita hone par ho, jise pawanmuktasana aur vajrasana, jisme blood circulation behtera hota hai, aapke sharirik sthiti ko sudharne me madadgar ban sakte hain.
