Pehle toh aapko apni ahar aur vihar par dhyan dena hoga. Ahar mein, aapko Ghee, doodh, badam, khajoor (dates), aur ashvagandha jaise poshak tatv shaamil karne zaroori hai. Ye rasayan aur balya padarth hain jo dhatu ko majbooti dete hai aur vata dosha ko santulit karne mein madadgar hote hain.

Dinacharya yaani ki daily routine mein vyayam aur yog ko shaamel karna mahatvapurn hai. Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari pranayama jaise yogic kriya stress kam karne aur man ko santulit karne mein sahayak hain. Lekin dhyan rahe, sharir par atiyadhik stress na ho.

Vajikarana chikitsa, jo ki ayurvedic urjashakti aur virility badhane mein madadgar maani jati hai, uska vichar bhi kiya ja sakta hai. Isme ashvagandha churna, shatavari, gokshura aur safed musli jaise Jadibutiyan shamil hoti hain. Inka sevan visheshagya ki salah se hi karna uchit hai.

Brahma muhurat mein uthte hue thoda pranayama jaise anulom vilom aur bhramari karne se nadia aur mansik sthiti ko sudhaara ja sakta hai. Yog aasan jinka kendrikaran niyamita hone par ho, jise pawanmuktasana aur vajrasana, jisme blood circulation behtera hota hai, aapke sharirik sthiti ko sudharne me madadgar ban sakte hain.
