Ayurvedic Analysis & Recommendations:
1. Regulating Menstrual Health:
Ashokarishta: Helps balance hormones and regulate periods. Take 20 ml with equal water after meals twice daily.
Shatavari Kalpa: Nourishes and strengthens the reproductive system. Take 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night.
Dashamoolarishta: Supports overall reproductive health and reduces joint pain. Take 15-20 ml with equal water after meals.
2. Managing Weight and Skin Health:
