Concerns about Penile Numbness and Related Symptoms - #47455

Hello, I have been suffering from penile numbness for the past four months because I didn’t give it time to heal, as I was stuck in an anxiety loop. Now, I have weak erections, weak ejaculation, loss of sensation, and cold and hot feelings with a disconnected sensation. I sometimes have mild aching pain in my penis, and the tip is cracked and dry. Sometimes, while lifting my penis, I feel a zap from the pelvic area to the penis. During erection, I feel tightness in the perineal area and sometimes discomfort around the penis rim. I have visited doctors, but they have not found anything. Sometimes, after urinating, I feel sharp pain in the urethra. Is this permanent or temporary? I am suicidal and don’t have peace in my life.
