Since your sexual health was good earlier, this is likely functional and reversible, due to: Mild stress or anxiety (even unconscious) Increased sensitivity of nerves Vata imbalance (Ayurveda) Frequent masturbation or hurried intercourse Weak control of Shukra dhatu (semen tissue) Poor sleep or mental overthinking
