Concerns About Changes in Penis Size and Erection Quality - #48286

Hi doctor, about 4 years ago, I was a heavy masturbator, I think I masturbator about 2 times daily. After a particular that I masturbator I felt bad but later I had an eerection but I didn't want to masturbate so I lied down with my face facing towards bed and my erected penis I think facing down or up, I can't really remember but after that day I woke up seeing that my penis falls loosely to any where gravity pulls it on lap, sometimes to right and sometimes to the left and I also noticed a change in my penis sizeas it was bigger but then became smaller and softer, I was 14 when this happened and I still masturbated until last year and since the year that my penis reduced in size it hasn't returned back to its original size even now, please tell me what's wrong and what to do
