Chronic Foreskin Lesion Inquiry - #48536
I have a chronic outer foreskin lesion for ~3.5 years, initially stable without swelling or pain. About 2 months ago, after applying neem oil and other local irritants, I developed swelling, redness, rawness, and mild serous wetting at the same site. There has been no spontaneous bleeding, no foul odor, no fever, no weight loss, no groin lymph node swelling, and no pain on erection. Over the last 10–14 days, with avoiding irritants, loose clothing, and topical tacrolimus (rice-grain amount, alternate nights), I have noticed: • Reduced swelling • Reduced wetting • No odor • No pain • Pink healing skin with a small central raw area improving Should I Gandak Rasayan and krishore Guggluy
