Hello I get why you’re concerned after reading that USG report. The good news is you’re not in pain and don’t have any sudden symptoms. This looks like a long-term, stable thing, not an emergency.

YOUR CONCERN

Your USG shows: * Small, shrunken gallbladder with thick walls * Small stones * No infection, fluid, or swelling In Ayurveda, this means: Your Pitta and Kapha are off-balance, plus there’s Ama in your Pittavaha Srotas.

Basically: * Your bile is thick and slow * Your gallbladder isn’t emptying like it should * Stones grew slowly over time * It’s quiet now

SHOULD YOU STRESS OR GET SURGERY NOW?

Since you have: * No pain * No fever * No throwing up * No jaundice

👉 You don’t need surgery right away.

This is the perfect time to try Ayurveda to dissolve the stones and keep them from coming back!

AYURVEDIC PLAN (No Surgery Needed)

1. Patolkaturohinyadi Kashayam 15 ml + 15 ml warm water Twice a day, before eating → It’s great for gallbladder problems.

2. Aarogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet, twice a day, after eating → Gets bile flowing better and stops more stones from forming.

3. Punarnava Mandura 1 tablet, twice a day, after eating → Thins things out and gets rid of blockages. (Keep this up for at least 2–3 months)

DIET PLAN

Totally avoid: * Fried foods * Baked goods * Cheese * Paneer * Red meat * Cold drinks * Too much oil

❌AVOID * Warm water * Rice, dal * Veggies * Buttermilk * Lemon water * Garlic * Turmeric

SIMPLE DAILY HELP AT HOME

Morning: Warm water + 1 tsp lemon juice This gently gets your gallbladder emptying.

LIFESTYLE

* No long fasts * Eat on time * Walk for 30 minutes every day * Don’t eat a huge dinner

WHAT TO EXPECT

If you do this right: * Stones might shrink * The thick wall might soften * Things won’t get worse * You might skip surgery

BUT if you get: * Pain * Fever * Throwing up * Yellow eyes

→ Then you’ll need surgery.

Your gallbladder isn’t working great, but it’s not infected. This is the best time to try Ayurvedic treatment.

If you take care of it now: You have a really good shot at keeping it under control without surgery

Your body’s just giving you a heads-up, not a crisis. Eat right and take your meds, and you can keep this stable for years.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate
