I have maculur amylodisisonmu arms and on upper back.It's dark patcheswith linear lines . For the past 10 yrs. Dermatologist s treatment involved steroid creams . I went for a year. I use sunscreenand intensive moisturiser cream venusia brand. My skin has become soft..still the patches are visible.Any ayurvedic oil to help remove patches?

From your description — 10 years duration, macular dark patches with linear streaks on arms and upper back, history of steroid creams — this suggests a chronic Pitta–Vata dushti with Rakta & Twak involvement, similar to conditions like Vyanga / Tvak Vaivarnya in Ayurveda. 1. Kumkumadi Tailam (night use) Apply a thin layer on patches Leave overnight Helps brighten and even skin tone 2. Nalpamaradi Tailam with 2 pinches of Tankana Bhasma (day time before bath) Apply, keep 20–30 minutes, then wash Reduces pigmentation and tan Orally 1. Patolakaturohinyadi kashayam (At night only)- 20 ml with 20 ml warm water After food. 2. Mahamanjishtadi kashayam (Morning only)- 20 ml with 20ml warm water after water. Without oral medicines, there might be very little to no change in the pigmentation.
