-You haven’t destroyed your energy. Masturbation doesn’t permanently harm the body. Daily masturbation mainly affects emotions and self-control, not physical strength. - How to stop/reduce: Don’t quit suddenly → reduce gradually. Avoid porn. Sleep earlier, no phone in bed. –along with it follow treatment - **Ayurvedic Assessment: Manasika daurbalya (mental weakness) Vata–Pitta imbalance Mild Shukra kshaya (functional, not permanent) - Medicines 1)Ashwagandha Churna – ½ tsp With warm milk, night 2)Shatavari Churna – ½ tsp With warm milk, night 3)Brahmi Vati – 1 tablet After food, morning 4)Chyawanprash – 1 tsp Morning, empty stomach (Duration: 4–6 weeks) - Pathya (Diet) Milk, ghee Rice, wheat, oats Fruits (banana, dates) Vegetables (green leafy) Plenty of water - Apathya (Avoid) Pornography Late nights Excess spicy/junk food Overthinking, guilt - Lifestyle Advice Sleep before 11 pm Light exercise / walking daily Cold or lukewarm bath Control urges gradually (no force) Prognosis: Good Reassurance: No permanent damage
