-Diet (Ahara) Warm milk with turmeric & Ashwagandha Khichdi, soups, oats Nuts: almonds, walnuts (soaked) Ghee: 1 tsp daily Avoid: fried/junk food, excess coffee/tea, cold foods -Lifestyle (Vihara) Sleep 7–8 hours, bedtime before 10 pm Gentle yoga, stretching, brisk walking Daily Abhyanga (warm sesame oil massage) Meditation / deep breathing Reduce sexual activity until stamina improves -Ayurvedic Medicines 1)Ashwagandha: 5 g with milk, twice daily 2)Kraunch Beej : 500 mg with milk, daily at night 3)Chyawanprash: 1 tsp in the morning 4)Shilajit (purified): 250 mg with warm milk, morning External Therapies (Optional) Abhyanga: daily Swedana (steam therapy): 2–3 times/week Red Flags Yellow eyes/urine, swelling, severe fatigue, chest pain → consult immediately
