Your symptoms suggest Vata and Pitta imbalance with weak digestion. Take a small piece of ginger with a pinch of rock salt before meals. Drink warm cumin and fennel water during the day. Take a small dose of Triphala at night. Eat warm soft food like rice gruel, cooked vegetables, and moong dal if tolerated. Add a little ghee in food. Avoid honey, coconut water, cold drinks, raw food, and fried food. For dry mouth, keep a little ghee in mouth daily and sip warm water. Maintain regular meals and do gentle yoga or breathing.
