Struggling with Pornography Addiction and Its Effects - #49811

Hello ! I am 26 year old male. I have been addicted to watching Pornography and Masturbation since 2015. I have tried thousands of times to leave this habit but failed and still I am unable to come out of this habit. From 12 years I felt very bad and whenever I do this I regret but again go back to do this again. I feel nervous, energy loss, exhausted, somewhat body pains whenever I do this. Please let me know are there any severe health problems and consequences on my body and brain due to this addiction ? How to recover the energy lost due to this addiction from the past 12 years ? I feel like I am not getting developed physically and mentally. I feel like My height and weight are not getting developed as per my age due to this addiction. Are these true ? Please let me know how to gradually leave this addiction in my life and How to recover from the bad consequences on my health due this addiction from past 12 years if all these are result of this addiction.Thank you.
