Recurrent Hairline Cracks Around Foreskin - #50004
I am 45 years unmarried non diabetic uncircumcised men. I am facing recurrent problem of having minor hairline cracks around my foreskin every now and then, these is particularly seen after masturbation. During that time retracting foreskin is painful. Is it like Phimosis? Though after applying antiseptic cream, moisturiser and coconut oil it becomes Ok in few days, but this is happening frequently for reasons not known. I am not diabetic dont take any medicine either, also have no allergy and hygiene problem as such, not sexually active either. Is there any permanent solution over this problem, like some ayurvedic tablets or oil. so that it can heal completely, as i dont want to go for surgery and want to heal it naturally.

Doctors' responses
-You have minor tears in your foreskin, mostly after masturbation. This is often due to a slightly tight or less elastic foreskin, not diabetes or infection. It usually heals on its own with ointments or oils, but it can keep recurring. What you can do: Use lubrication or coconut oil during masturbation. Gently stretch your foreskin daily — don’t force it. -Rx: Bala Taila / Coconut oil – Apply 2–3 drops on foreskin twice daily, especially before masturbation. Chyawanprash – 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk. Ashwagandha Churna – 1 g twice daily with warm milk (optional). Advice: Gentle foreskin stretching, use lubrication, avoid forceful retraction. Duration: 1–2 months, review monthly
Thanks for guidance. But can you suggest some cream or medicine for loosening tight foreskin so that it can retract completely over glans easily. As per my experience it is retracting around 70-80% & may be that is issue. Earlier there is no such issue. But as this is occurring recurrently in past 2-3 years, I fear about scar skin (due to recurrent healing of skin).
