Seeking Treatment for Premature Ejaculation and Erectile Issues - #50038

I'm 33 male weight 73 height 6.1 facing extreme premature ejaculation problem discharging before intercourse only by touch glance penis very sensitive feel pain after touch not getting enough Erectile also not feeling morning erection look like penis shrinkage their is no hardness I practiced masterbation for long period of time I taken ayurvedic 3 month treatment and homeopathic treatment also but no results at all. Feel anxiety and overexcitment I do basic yoga and Pranayam regularly Enough Urge and attraction please suggest full treatment

-Do basic blood tests (Testosterone, Prolactin, Thyroid, Sugar).
-Prescription:
1)Ashwagandha cap 500 mg
Milk at night
2)Kaunch Beej Churna 3 gm
Milk morning
3)Shilajit (Pure) 250 mg
Twice daily after meals
4)Chandraprabha Vati
2 tabs twice daily after food
5)Makardhwaj
1 tab once daily
- Advice:
Avoid excessive masturbation
No pornography
Light exercise + Pranayama daily
Adequate sleep
Milk, ghee, almonds in diet
Avoid spicy, junk & alcohol
- follow stop and start technique
-Follow up: After 30 days
