I'm 33 male weight 73 height 6.1 facing extreme premature ejaculation problem discharging before intercourse only by touch glance penis very sensitive feel pain after touch not getting enough Erectile also not feeling morning erection look like penis shrinkage their is no hardness I practiced masterbation for long period of time I taken ayurvedic 3 month treatment and homeopathic treatment also but no results at all.
