●Ingredients (equal amounts) Amhar (Indian gooseberry) Dried ginger - digestive, Pippali - digestive booster, beneficial for the digestive system Dried curry leaves - digestive juice stimulant Celery - anti-flatulence, anti-gas Black pepper - anti-phlegm and anti-flatulence Cumin - digestive supporter, asafoetida - excellent anti-flatulence Make a fine powder of all and store it safely. ●Classical method of consumption Do Take 5 grams of powder, mix in a little cow’s ghee, and a pinch of rock salt. Consume with the first bite of food. Taking it with the first bite directly signals the digestive fire.
