Chyavanprash 2tsp once daily before food with water. Take 3-4 tsp. of cow’s ghee in your diet daily. Do full body massage with sesame oil during winter, and coconut oil during winter. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily. Do Nasya with cow’s ghee 2 drops in both nostril once.
