Seeking Relief from Muscle Tears and Cervical Neuralgia - #50807

Client_25b23c

Respectueusement, Agathe Lassner

Doctors' responses

Cervical / neck pain Intensity 4–6 (moderate) Worse with physical work Low energy / fatigue Let’s analyze this properly. 🔎 Most Common Causes of Cervical Pain Based on your symptoms: 1️⃣ Cervical muscle strain Very common if: Physical work Lifting Bending neck repeatedly Long sitting 2️⃣ Early cervical spondylosis Common after 35–40 years Wear & tear of neck joints 3️⃣ Postural stress Mobile use Laptop work Forward head posture 🚨 Red Flag Symptoms (Tell me if present) Pain radiating to arm? Numbness in fingers? Weak grip? Severe headache? Dizziness? If yes → possible nerve compression. If no → mostly muscular. 🟢 Immediate Relief Plan 1️⃣ Stop Strain for 7–10 Days Avoid: Heavy lifting Sudden neck movements Sleeping without pillow support 2️⃣ Hot Fomentation 15–20 minutes Twice daily Relaxes muscle spasm 3️⃣ Gentle Neck Exercises (After pain reduces slightly) ✔ Chin tuck ✔ Neck rotation slowly ✔ Shoulder rolls Do not force movements. 4️⃣ Sleep Position ✔ Medium pillow ✔ Avoid very high pillow ✔ Avoid sleeping on stomach 🌿 Ayurvedic Support For Vata-type neck pain: ✔ Mahanarayan oil massage ✔ Yograj Guggulu ✔ Ashwagandha (if fatigue present) Oil massage + heat works very well. 🧠 About Low Energy Low energy + neck pain together often means: Chronic stress Poor sleep Vitamin D deficiency B12 deficiency Overwork You may consider checking: Vitamin D B12 Thyroid 🏋 Strengthening Phase (After 2 Weeks) Once pain reduces: Neck strengthening + upper back strengthening is essential. Otherwise pain returns.

Hello, It is good to know that you are following your ayurveda doctor’s instruction back there. My suggestions are as follows: 1. Please do not practice any strenuous exercise/physical work for 3 months; mild form of yoga postures where you do not experience pain is adviasable at this stage 2. Practice of pranayama-15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening is must. 3. Start practice of meditation everyday in the morning as well as before going to bed everyday. Ayurveda- (along with the ones which were prescribed by your ayurveda doctor) 1. Tablet Yogaraja Guggulu DS(AVN) 1----0----1 after breakfast and after dinner for 90 days. 2. Cervilon softgel capsules(AVN) 2-----0----2 45 minutes after breakfast and 45 minutes after dinner for 90 days 3. Musthadi Marmakwatham tablets(Kottakkal) 2-----0-----2 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes before dinner for 90 days. 4. Murivenna oil for external application (make it luke warm-apply to the neck, both the shoulders and both the arms one hour before your hot water shower) Take care, Kind regards. 1.
