i have BP past five years my age is now 46 can i take ayurveda safed musli and ashwagandha capsules. bcoz i don't have sexual power.

safed musli grenul 2 times 5 gm after food
also  take h kot tab 1-0-1 ( kotakal ayurveda ) 2 times day

For better outcome follow do’s and don’ts
Avoid addiction if any.
Avoid oily spicy and processed foods.
Regular exercise and meditation.
