Seeking Ayurvedic Treatment for Melasma - #52338
Hello Doctor , I have been suffering fom Melasama from last few years. It will appear as a small dot and now within few years it will became wrost and cover 70 % of my face. If is it cureable by ayurveda then please help me out of this. I will very grateful to you .

We treat the root imbalance rather than just the surface. 1)mahamanjishtadi kwath -15 ml+ equal water, twice daily after meals • Strong blood purifier, reduces pigmentation from root 2)khadirarishtam - 15 ml + equal water after lunch & dinner Works well for chronic skin discoloration 3)gandhaka rasayanam -1 tablet twice daily Improves complexion and skin regeneration External Treatment kumkumadi tailam - Apply at night (4-5 drops), gentle
Avoid exposure to sun, apply aleovera gel and cover face cotton mask before stepping out. Avoid Citrus, Sour , salty and fried foods, junk food or outside food completely for few days. Avoid tea, coffee, cold drinks, alcohol and smoking, stress, fear. Include buttermilk, coriander infused water, Kokam juice, coconut water, milk in your routine. Keep your body cool. Apply oil daily in morning hours to face ( Yashtimadhu Taila or kumkumadi Taila) and then wash with warm water. After that apply Manjishta Churna over face. Along medicines for 15 days. 1. Mahamanjishtadi kwath 10ml thrice daily 2. Raktashodhini vati 2 tabs before food thrice / day
