Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
Your symptoms suggest an imbalance of Pitta and Vata doshas. Adhoga amlapitta, or downward-moving acid reflux, indicates an excess of Pitta, which is associated with heat and acidity. This is causing the burning sensation in your anus and the frequent hunger. The loose stools further suggest that Pitta is moving downward, affecting your digestive tract.
The bloating and 24/7 discomfort point towards Vata imbalance, characterized by irregularity and dryness. Your dry skin and red rash are also signs of Vata and Pitta imbalance. The frequent hunger and dizziness after light meals indicate weak Agni (digestive fire), which may be unable to properly digest food.
The overall pattern shows a systemic imbalance where both Pitta’s heat and Vata’s irregularity are affecting your digestion and skin health. Light and cooling foods are not providing grounding, while heating medicines are worsening Pitta symptoms.
