Can I use Kanchnar Guggulu for PCOS, fibroids, and a septated cyst after blood transfusions? - #52927

I am 48 years old, have PCOS, fibroids and a septated cyst. I have had a blood transfusion for the fibroids in 2022 and I had 4 iron infusions last year. Will kanchnar guggulu help me?
