Your symptoms suggest a severe Vata imbalance in the Pakwashaya (colon). ​Constipation & Gas: The dryness (Rookshata) has become systemic. The 5-year duration indicates that the intestinal lining has lost its natural mucous lubrication. ​Weight Loss: Chronic constipation prevents the absorption of Sara (nutrients), leading to weight loss despite eating. ​Blood Pressure: In Ayurveda, high BP is often linked to Vyanavata imbalance. The medication you are taking (Diuretic: Hydrochlorothiazide) can further increase dryness in the colon as a side effect, contributing to constipation. ​Prostate (30ml): A slightly enlarged prostate can sometimes put pressure on the rectum, or conversely, straining for stools can aggravate the prostate area. ​ ​Here is my prescription for you… ​1. Gandharvahasthadi Kwath (Tablet or Liquid) This is the primary choice for “Vata-Anulomana” (regulating downward air). It cleanses the channels and moves the gas downward. ​Dose: 15ml liquid mixed with 45ml lukewarm water (or 2 tablets). ​Timing: Take this on an empty stomach in the morning, about 1 hour before breakfast. ​2. Dhanwantharam Gulika Since you have gas, bloating, and slightly elevated BP, this pill helps regulate the “Prana” and “Udana” Vayu, reducing the pressure in the chest and abdomen. ​Dose: 1 tablet. ​Timing: Crush and take with cumin water twice a day after meals. ​3. Abhayarishtam This is essential for your condition to improve digestion and act as a mild, non-habit-forming laxative that also addresses the weight loss by improving appetite. ​Dose: 20ml mixed with 20ml lukewarm water. ​Timing: Twice daily, immediately after lunch and dinner. ​4. Kalyanaka Ghritam (Medicated Ghee) Since your weight is low (52kg) and constipation is chronic, your system needs internal lubrication. ​Dose: 1 teaspoon (5ml). ​Timing: Mix in a cup of warm milk and drink 30 minutes before bed. This will help with both sleep and morning bowel clearance. ​Critical Advice & Lifestyle ​Oil Massage (Abhyanga): Apply warm Dhanwantharam Thailam or Sesame oil to your abdomen in a clockwise direction every morning for 10 minutes before your bath. Avoid cold drinks or raw salads. Stick to warm, freshly cooked, easily digestible foods like Moong Dal Khichdi, vegetable soups, and soft-cooked rice. Increase intake of stewed apples, soaked raisins, and boiled papaya. आपकी समस्या पिछले 5 साल से चल रही है और इसमें कब्ज, वजन कम होना, गैस, भूख की कमी और कमजोरी एक साथ दिख रही है। यह सिर्फ साधारण कब्ज नहीं है, बल्कि अग्नि मंदता (weak digestion), Vata वृद्धि और धातु क्षय (body depletion) का संकेत है, खासकर आपकी उम्र में। BP की दवा और शरीर की dryness भी कब्ज को और बढ़ा रही है। यहाँ इलाज का focus सिर्फ पेट साफ करना नहीं, बल्कि पाचन को जगाना, शरीर को पोषण देना और Vata को संतुलित करना है। सुबह खाली पेट Drakshasava 15 ml + 15 ml पानी लें, इससे भूख बढ़ेगी, कमजोरी कम होगी और हल्का bowel movement support मिलेगा। नाश्ते के बाद Chitrakadi Vati 1 टैबलेट लें, यह अग्नि को बढ़ाता है और digestion सुधारता है। दोपहर और रात के खाने के बाद Hingwashtak Churna ½ tsp गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें, इससे गैस और bloating कम होगा। रात को सोने से पहले Triphala Churna 1 tsp गुनगुने पानी के साथ + 1 tsp घी लें, इससे stool soft होगा और आसानी से पास होगा। खाने में रोज घी अनिवार्य रखें, सूखा और ठंडा खाना बिल्कुल बंद करें। मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी, गरम सूप, पका हुआ हल्का भोजन लें। सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी पिएं और दिन भर थोड़ा-थोड़ा गर्म पानी लेते रहें। कमजोरी और वजन घटने के लिए रात को Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें, इससे strength और energy धीरे-धीरे वापस आएगी। 2–3 हफ्तों में stool थोड़ा soft होना शुरू होगा, गैस कम होगी और भूख में सुधार आएगा। 4–6 हफ्तों में energy और वजन stabilize होना शुरू होता है। नियमितता यहाँ सबसे ज़रूरी है।
