This kind of pittaj atisara where motions are 2–3 times, loose but not watery usually indicates mild pitta imbalance with some digestive weakness, so treatment should be gentle and not too heavy the medicines you mentioned are mostly correct but all together are not always required in mild cases like yours medicines you can take kutaj ghan vati 1 tablet twice daily after food bilvadi churna 1/2 tsp twice daily with warm water dadimashtaka churna 1/2 tsp before meals you can continue with kutaj ghan vati, no need to replace it with kutajarishta at this stage since condition is not severe mustarishtam is not compulsory in your case, you can avoid it for now unless there is more burning or severe pitta symptoms keep your diet very light and pitta calming, include rice, moong dal, pomegranate, buttermilk and avoid spicy, oily, sour and fermented foods eat in small quantities but regularly and avoid overeating with this simple combination, condition should gradually come under control Heartful pranams Dr Raghuveer SN (Ayurvedacharya)
