Hello, यह समस्या अक्सर ‘ग्रहणी’ (IBS) या ‘अजीर्ण’ (indigestion) के कारण होती है, जहाँ पेट पूरी तरह साफ नहीं होता और आंतों में हवा (gas) भर जाती है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह ‘वात’ दोष के बिगड़ने और ‘अग्नि’ (digestion) के कमजोर होने की निशानी है। आप ये मेडिसन शुरू कीजिए… 1. ​Abhayarishtam: यह पेट साफ करने और गैस निकालने के लिए बेहतरीन है। Dose: 15-20 ml बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ, दिन में दो बार खाने के बाद लें। 2. ​Dadimashtaka Churnam: अगर बार-बार जाने का मन करता है पर पेट साफ नहीं होता, तो यह चूर्ण आंतों की टोन सुधारता है। Dose: 3-5 gram गुनगुने पानी या छाछ (buttermilk) के साथ दिन में दो बार खाने से पहले लें। 3. ​Dasamoolarishtam: अगर पेट में भारीपन और मरोड़ महसूस होती है। Dose: 15 ml रात को सोते समय गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। ​कुछ जरूरी टिप्स: ​दोपहर के खाने में ताजी छाछ में भुना जीरा और काला नमक डालकर पिएं। यह इस बीमारी की सबसे अच्छी दवा है। ​पानी: हमेशा हल्का गुनगुना पानी ही पिएं, ठंडा पानी बिल्कुल बंद कर दें। ​परहेज: मैदा, ज्यादा मिर्च-मसाला और बाहर का खाना बंद करें।

यह समस्या आमतौर पर पाचन कमजोरी और आंतों में गैस/इर्रिटेशन के कारण होती है, जिससे बार-बार जाने का मन होता है लेकिन ठीक से साफ नहीं होता। खाना हल्का और समय पर लें। बहुत ज्यादा तला, मसालेदार और पैक्ड फूड अवॉइड करें। देर रात खाना और लंबे समय तक बैठे रहना कम करें। सुबह गुनगुना पानी पीना फायदेमंद रहेगा। घर पर खाने के बाद थोड़ा अजवाइन + काला नमक ले सकते हैं। दिन में एक बार जीरा-धनिया उबला पानी भी लें। पेट पर हल्की गर्म सिकाई करने से भी आराम मिलेगा। Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार after food Hingwashtak churna (tablet form) – 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार after food Bilwadi gutika – 1 tablet दिन में 2 बार यह दवाइयाँ आंतों को शांत करके गैस और बार-बार जाने की समस्या को कम करने में मदद करेंगी। अगर लंबे समय तक ठीक न हो तो आगे जांच की जरूरत हो सकती है। Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
