I’ve been struggling with constipation for a while now. Someone recommended Gandharvahastadi Eranda Tailam, saying it’s really effective for digestion and cleansing. I’m not sure how to use it, though. Should I take Gandharvahastadi Eranda Tailam at night or in the morning? Also, how much Gandharvahastadi Eranda Tailam should I use? I’ve heard it can work quickly, but I’m worried about getting stomach cramps or running to the bathroom too much. Does it taste terrible, and can you mix it with something like warm water or juice?
