First, rule out basic causes: If not already done, check pregnancy test, thyroid profile, and hemoglobin once. High stress and weight changes can easily delay periods, so calming the system is important. Keep routine stable: Proper sleep Regular meal timings Avoid excessive exercise or fasting Diet: Warm, nourishing food Include a little ghee Avoid very spicy, junk, and processed foods At home: Warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric Gentle abdominal oil massage with sesame oil Rajahpravartini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food (for 10–15 days) Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food These help regulate cycles and support hormonal balance.
