In Ayurveda, missed periods in PCOD are mainly due to imbalance of Vata and Kapha dosha. This imbalance blocks the natural flow of Artava (menstrual cycle). –It can be caused by: Stress Heavy, oily, processed foods Weight gain Irregular lifestyle –Treatment focuses on: Balancing doshas through light, healthy diet Regular exercise and yoga Stress management Herbal support –With proper lifestyle and Ayurvedic care, periods can become regular again. -----Dx: Artava Kshaya (PCOD) – Vata-Kapha Dushti –Rx: 1) Amycordial Syrup – 2 tsp bd after meals 2) amlycure Syrup – 2 tsp bd before meals 3) asokarishta – 15 ml + equal water bd after meals 4) evakalp Tablet – 1 tab bd —advice: light diet, avoid junk, daily exercise, stress control —Follow-up: 4 weeks
