Aapko jo mix powder (Ashwagandha, Safed Musli, Kaunch Beej, Shatavari, Dhaga Mishri) lene se constipation aur hard stool ho raha hai. Ye herbs guru (heavy), snigdha aur digestion slow kar sakte hain, especially agar Agni weak ho ya pani kam ho. Mix powder band karein 7 din ke liye Pehle bowel normal hone dein. Better way to take: Ashwagandha – raat ko 1/2 tsp warm water se Shatavari – subah 1/2 tsp Kaunch beej – sirf zarurat ho toh Safed Musli – heavy hai, kam quantity me Constipation Relief: Triphala churna 1 tsp raat ko warm water se Ya Isabgol 2 tsp raat ko Pani 2.5–3 litre daily Fruit: papaya, soaked raisins, pear Ghee 1 tsp lunch/dinner me Walk 20 min daily Dahi, junk, fried kam karein Abhi powder stop + Triphala start + hydration increase karein. Fir customized combination use karein

These herbs can increase Kapha and dry/slow Apana Vata if digestion and hydration are not balanced, leading to constipation and hard stools. Why this is happening: Heavy herbal combination → slows bowel movement Low water intake (1–2 L is low for this condition) Mild Vata imbalance in colon (Apana Vata) Milk + heavy herbs together → more sluggish digestion in some people Simple Ayurvedic correction: 1. Fix constipation first (most important) Triphala churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water OR Isabgol (psyllium husk) – 1–2 tsp with warm water at night 2. Modify your herbal mix Do NOT take all herbs together daily Use: Ashwagandha alone OR Shatavari alone (on alternate days) Take with light warm milk, not heavy doses 3. Improve digestion Add 1 pinch ginger powder + black salt before meals Drink warm water throughout the day Increase water intake to 2.5–3 liters 4. 1. Pehla Kadam: Herbs ko Pause Karein— Sabse pehle in sabhi powders ko 7 din ke liye band kar dein. Jab tak aapka pet saaf nahi hota aur constipation thik nahi hota, tab tak heavy herbs lene ka fayda nahi hoga balki nuksan badhega. 2. Constipation ke liye Upchar— Aapke stool ko narm karne aur bowel movement badhane ke liye: Triphala Churna: 1 chammach raat ko sote samay gungune pani ke sath lein. Isabgol (Psyllium Husk): Agar Triphala se aram na mile, toh 2 chammach Isabgol gungune pani ke sath raat ko lein. Ghee ka Sevan: Din mein lunch aur dinner mein 1 chammach Shuddh Ghee dal kar khayein. Yeh intestine ko lubricate karta hai. 3.Lifestyle mein Badlav---- Pani ki matra badhayein: Aap abhi 1-2 liter pani pee rahe hain, ise badhakar 2.5 se 3 liter karein. Bina paryapt pani ke ye herbs pet mein khushki (dryness) paida karti hain. Fiber Diet: Papaya (papita), bhigoaye huye kishmish (raisins), aur hari sabziyan jyada khayein. Walking: Rozana kam se kam 20-30 minute walk karein taki digestion active rahe.
