In Ayurveda, this is commonly linked with aggravated Vata-Pitta dosha, which weakens the hair roots over time. Ayurvedic Care for Hair Fall Reduce stress through proper sleep, meditation, pranayama, and regular routine. Avoid excessive tea/coffee, junk food, late nights, and skipping meals. Include nourishing foods like: soaked almonds, black sesame, amla, ghee, dates, green vegetables, protein-rich vegetarian foods.
