Yes, Riyansh Amrut Juice may help in managing constipation, bloating, acidity, and sluggish digestion in a diabetic patient when used correctly. In Ayurveda, these symptoms are commonly related to weak digestion (Mandagni), ama accumulation, and Vata-Pitta imbalance. For a diabetic person with HbA1c around 8, digestion should be corrected gently without increasing sugar load. Recommended usage: Take 15–20 ml Riyansh Amrut Juice with equal quantity of lukewarm water. Use twice daily after meals, preferably after breakfast and dinner. Start with a lower dose for 3–5 days to observe digestion and bowel response. Helpful Ayurvedic advice: Drink warm water throughout the day in small quantities. Avoid curd at night, cold drinks, bakery foods, excessive tea/coffee, and very spicy or fried food. Include light fiber-rich foods like lauki, tori, papaya, soaked flaxseed, and cooked vegetables. Eat meals at regular timings and avoid overeating. A short walk after meals helps both digestion and blood sugar control. For constipation: If stools remain hard, 1 tsp Isabgol with warm water at bedtime can be helpful and generally safe in diabetes. For acidity and bloating: Avoid long gaps between meals. Prefer freshly cooked warm food. Jeera, ajwain, and saunf water after meals may reduce gas and bloating.
