I have acne and dark spots, and my face is full of breakouts and tinybumps, I used sebamed foamingfacewash with aquasoft moisturiser and it got all clear but then again it is the same thing

Your acne and dark spots look like a combination of Yuvan Pidika (acne) with excess Pitta-Kapha imbalance in Ayurveda. Since your skin is sensitive and breakouts keep recurring, treatment should focus on gentle cleansing, blood purification, and reducing inflammation naturally. Ayurvedic Care Advice Continue a mild face wash like Sebamed twice daily only. Avoid over-washing. Apply a thin layer of Kumkumadi tailam or Nalparamadi oil at night for dark spots (patch test first). For active acne, use Multani mitti + rose water paste 2 times weekly. Avoid oily, spicy, fried foods, excess dairy, junk food, and late-night sleeping. Drink 2–3 litres of water daily and include fresh fruits, cucumber, neem, and leafy vegetables. Do not squeeze or touch pimples frequently, as it increases marks and bumps. Manage stress with proper sleep, yoga, or pranayama because stress can aggravate acne. Internal Ayurvedic Support medicines like: Mahamanjishtadi Kwath Khadirarishta Gandhak Rasayan may help in reducing recurring acne and improving skin clarity.

Dear Patient, according to your condition, recurrent acne with post acne dark spots and sensitive/reactive skin. since your skin improved earlier it means your skin barrier responds well to gentle skincare, but internal factors like stress, diet, hormones, or excess oil production may still triggering breakouts your oil glands become sensitive to above mentioned things thats why they trigger produce oil and feed cutibacterium acne and form acne breakout to calm your oil glands and to kill that bacteria blood purification is very important Internal treatment -overnight soak half tsp corriender seeds in water, strain it and drink it in the morning(if constipation then boil the water strain and drink) -sarivadyaasava 10-15ml BD with equal amount of luke warm water after food (for blood purification and acne dark sports) -mahamanjistha ghanvati 2 tab after food(for blood purification and red acne) -gandhak rasayan 1 tab BD after food (for recurrent acne) -avipattikar churna 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water(to reduce body internal heart) avoid in loose motion skin care continue moisturizer and face wash apply aziderm cream on dark spots only at night for 1 hour after that wash face with normal water followed by moisturizer avoid scrubbing, squeezing pimples, and changing products frequently. AVOID -oily food -excess sugar -dairy product(curd and paneer also) -late night sleep -cold drinks START -early sleep before 11pm -increase intake of water(body detox and calm the heat of body) -manage stress by yoga and pranayam follow this routine by 1 month you will definitely get result. for stop recurrence follow the medication for 3 months. do follow to get the best result thank you.
