●Aloe vera (ghritkumari) is a cooling, nourishing, and anti-bilious remedy. It calms the body’s internal heat and nourishes the hair roots. Internal Use: 1/3 cup fresh aloe vera juice • Consume 3 times a day after meals Consistent use for 3 months yields good results. This remedy improves hair quality from within, not just on the surface. ●Bhringraj oil or paste is used for: • Hair loss • Dandruff • Premature graying of hair Dry scalp. This is why it has been called the “king of hair” in many texts. ● Ingredients: • Amla powder - 1 teaspoon • Bhringraj powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Brahmi powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Honey - 1/2 teaspoon • Lukewarm water - 1 cup ●Method: Mix the powder with water, then add honey. Dosage: 4 days a week, on an empty stomach in the morning. Benefits: • Mineral supply Nutritional support • Antioxidant stress relief • Scalp blood flow support Caution: If you are pregnant or taking medication, consult your doctor first. ●How to Make Ayurvedic Oil Essential Herbs (all in equal amounts) • Bhringraj • Amla • Hibiscus •Neem • Brahmi Curry Leaves Jatamansi Use all herbs in dry, coarsely chopped form. Do not use powders or extracts.If you are making 250 ml of oil, Step 1 Step 2 • Each herb - 5 grams (Total herbs: 35 grams) How to Make Oil Lightly heat 250 ml of oil (sesame/coconut/almond). The oil should not be boiling, it should only be lukewarm. Add all the herbs to the oil and mix well.Step 4 Let the oil steep for 10-12 hours. Then, squeeze out the herbs and strain the oil. Store the oil in a glass bottle. Usage • 2-3 times a week • With a light massage View product • It’s best to leave it on overnight. ●What to do from within Hair grows strong only when the body is nourished. Daily habits: • Lukewarm water • Amla or fruit • Roasted black sesame seeds • Adequate sleep • Reducing stress • Morning sun • Oil application 2-3 times a week is the basic treatment.
