Yashtimadhu Churna 1/2 चम्मच शहद के साथ दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद Kamadudha Ras 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद Avipattikar Churna 1 चम्मच गुनगुने पानी से रात को नारियल तेल या घी जीभ के छालों पर दिन में 3–4 बार लगाएं सादा, कम मिर्च-मसाले वाला भोजन लें, अचार, पापड़, चाय, कॉफी और बहुत गरम चीजें बंद करें डायबिटीज और BP की अंग्रेजी दवाएं नियमित चालू रखें।

Hello, You are experiencing mouth ulcers In ayurveda, this is called “mukha paka”, the meaning inflammation and ulceration of the mouth due to imbalance of doshas- mainly pitta and rakta Causes -nutritional deficiency- folic acid, vit b12, iron -acidity or indigestion -food allergies- fast food, presevative -stress or hormonal imbalance -poor oral hygiene Ayurvedic causes -excess intake of pitta provoking foods -spicy, sour, oily, fried, fermented , junk food -excess tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking -irregular meals, late nights -aama (toxin accumulation) from poor digestion -mental stress increases pitta and vata -blood vitiation due to above factors Treatment goals -remove the root cause (aama + pitta imbalance) -detoxify the body (shodhana) if needed -heal the ulcers and reduce inflammation -purify blood -enhance immunity and digestion -prevent recurrence Internal medications 1) avipattikar churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water before meals twice daily for 6 weeks =balances pitta, reduces acidity, improves digestion 2) kamdudha ras (moti yukta)= 250mg twice daily after meals with cold milk for 8 weeks =potent pitta-shaman and ulcer healing 3) gandhak rasayana= 250mg twice daily after meals for. यष्टिमधु काढ़ा = 1 कप पानी में 1 चम्मच मुलेठी पाउडर उबालें -> आधा होने तक उबालें -> ठंडा करें -> दिन में 3-4 बार गरारे करें = दर्द से राहत, ठीक होने में मदद - त्रिफला काढ़े से गरारे = मुंह साफ़ करता है, सूजन कम करता है, इन्फेक्शन रोकता है 2) ऊपर से लगाना - शहद + हल्दी का पेस्ट - छालों पर सीधे दिन में तीन बार लगाएं = एंटीबैक्टीरियल, ठीक करने वाला - नारियल तेल लगाना = जलन और दर्द कम करता है - घी लगाना = ठंडक और आराम देता है 3) ऑयल पुलिंग - रोज़ सुबह ब्रश करने से पहले 1 बड़ा चम्मच नारियल तेल 5-10 मिनट तक मुंह में घुमाएं = मुंह से टॉक्सिन्स निकालता है, मसूड़ों और म्यूकोसा को मज़बूत करता है डाइट - ताज़े फल = केला, सेब, नाशपाती, अनार - हरी पत्तेदार सब्ज़ियां = लौकी, पेठा, खीरा - साबुत अनाज - गेहूं, चावल, जौ - दूध, घी (खासकर गाय का घी) - नारियल पानी, छाछ - भीगी हुई किशमिश, आंवला जूस क्या न खाएं - मैदा, बेकरी प्रोडक्ट्स, जंक और फास्ट फूड - तीखा, खट्टा, फर्मेंटेड खाना - अचार, मिर्च, सिरका - शराब, स्मोकिंग, कार्बोनेटेड ड्रिंक्स - ज़्यादा चाय, कॉफ़ी - देर रात खाना, ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा खाना लाइफस्टाइल में बदलाव - खाना खाने का समय तय रखें - खाना ठीक से चबाएं - खाना खाने के तुरंत बाद सोने से बचें - हाइड्रेटेड रहें - पूरी नींद लें - 7-8 घंटे - ज़्यादा तनाव, गुस्सा और रात में काम करने से बचें - मुंह साफ़ रखें - हर्बल पेस्ट से धीरे-धीरे ब्रश करें = त्रिफला/यष्टिमधु योग आसन - बेहतर पाचन के लिए - वज्रासन - पवनमुक्तासन - मत्स्यासन - भुजंगासन प्राणायाम - शीतली और शीतकारी - अनुलोम विलोम - भ्रामरी घरेलू उपाय - ठंडे दूध से कुल्ला = जलन से राहत - शहद लगाएं + हल्दी = दिन में तीन बार - नारियल तेल से कुल्ला (ऑयल पुलिंग) = हर सुबह 5-10 मिनट - धनिया के बीज का पानी = रात भर भिगोकर सुबह पिएं - एलोवेरा जूस = रोज़ सुबह खाली पेट 20 ml - तुलसी के पत्ते चबाएं = इम्युनिटी बढ़ाता है, खून साफ़ करता है मुंह के छाले जो ठीक नहीं हो रहे, वे सिर्फ़ मुंह की समस्या नहीं हैं -
