Liv.52 is for liver support, not indicated for constipation or bloating. —Advice: Ushna jala (warm water) early morning & throughout day Pathya ahar: light, warm, easily digestible food Avoid: ruksha, sheeta, fast food, carbonated drinks Walk 5–10 min after meals –Aushadhi: Isabgol (Psyllium husk) 5–10 g at bedtime with warm water/milk –Note: Liv.52 not indicated for constipation/gas

Your symptoms are commonly seen in students with high stress, prolonged sitting, irregular routine, and disturbed digestion (Agni imbalance). In Ayurveda, this is mainly related to Vata aggravation, causing gas, incomplete bowel evacuation, and irregular stools. Even if you cannot do heavy exercise, long sitting for 12 hours can slow digestion and bowel movement. What You Should Do Daily Habits Drink warm water frequently Avoid studying continuously for long hours — walk for 3–5 minutes every hour Sleep on time as much as possible Do not suppress the urge for stool or gas Diet Advice Avoid: Fast food, excess tea/coffee Cold drinks, bakery foods Eating late at night Prefer: Warm homemade food Khichdi, soups, cooked vegetables Jeera, ajwain, ginger in food Fruits like papaya and soaked raisins Ayurvedic Support Triphala churna at bedtime with warm water is commonly helpful for constipation and digestion Hingwashtak churna after meals may help gas and bloating Takra (thin buttermilk) with roasted jeera can improve digestion About Liv.52 Liv.52 is mainly a liver support medicine.
