In Ayurveda, hemorrhoids are often treated by balancing the doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata, and reducing inflammation and congestion. For relief, you can consider using Ayurvedic formulations like *Triphala*, *Arshkalp vati*, or *Piles Care tablets*, which are designed to reduce swelling and improve bowel movement. *Triphala* helps in promoting regular digestion and eliminating toxins, while *Arshkalp vati* is commonly used to reduce pain, bleeding, and inflammation associated with hemorrhoids. Along with these tablets, incorporating fiber-rich foods, drinking plenty of water, and using topical applications like *Khadiradi vati* or *Aloe vera gel* can help soothe the affected area. It’s important to avoid constipation by maintaining a balanced diet and lifestyle. You should consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for a tailored treatment plan based on your specific symptoms and dosha imbalance.

For dealing with hemorrhoids, especially if you've been dealing with it for 5-6 years, I gotta say Ayurveda has some nifty ways to manage and relieve symptoms. But before diving into specific tablets, it's crucial to understand the root cause from an Ayurvedic perspective. Hemorrhoids, or “Arsha” as we call it in Ayurveda, often stem from an imbalance in the doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata. Now tablets – if we talk about them in an Ayurvedic sense, Triphala Guggulu is often recommended for hemorrhoids. This compound targets digestion, aiming to normalize bowel movements, and reduce inflammation. Take one tablet twice a day with warm water, but really, it’s best to check with a skilled practitioner who can look into your whole system. Alongside, diet and lifestyle is super important. Think cooling foods - cucumbers, coconut water, and lassi can help pacify Pitta. Avoid spicy stuff or fried junk, they stir the Pitta! Drink warm water throughout the day to keep Vata in check and stay hydrated internally. And don't forget about other simple things, like Sitz baths - just soak your affected area in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes, it’s relaxing for the inflamed tissues. Adding a little triphala in the water could boost the effect. Consider practicing yoga, particularly poses like Malasana (the garland pose) and Pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), which can bring relief. But steer clear of heavy lifting and excessive physically straining activities, they can worsen the situation. Lastly, it’s vital to address any constipation if that's happening. Ayurvedic taks like Abhayarishta, a liquid tonic, can sometimes be prescribed to improve bowel regularity. Still, it’s all best fine-tuned to your body's unique constitution and individual needs. Oh, and if your hemorrhoids get really troublesome, bleeding a lot or causing severe pain, you def need seek immediate medical care as well, for a safer, holistic health journey.
