मेरी वाइफ के पेट में ज्यादातर दर्द रहता है मैंने कई अल्ट्रासाउंड कराया बट उसमें गांठ का शिकायत मिla कुछ में अल्ट्रासाउंड में नॉर्मल दिखा तो समझ में नहीं आ रहा है उसका पीरियड भी समय से नहीं आता चढ़कर आता है और पेट में बहुत ज्यादा दर्द रहता है शारीरिक संबंध बनाते हैं तो भी दर्द रहता है और पेट में जो है लगातार दर्द बना रहता है हमने बहुत सी दवाइयां ली बट कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला दवाइयां का कोई डॉक्टर को भी दिखाया डॉक्टर ने दावा भी दिया बट कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला बहुत परेशान हो चुके हैं प्लीज आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है हमारा कि आप हमें सही दवा और उचित दवा बताएं ताकि मेरी वाइफ का परेशानी खत्म हो जाए प्लीज सर

नमस्ते। आपकी पत्नी की समस्या केवल सामान्य पेट दर्द नहीं लग रही है। लगातार पेट दर्द, अनियमित पीरियड, संबंध बनाते समय दर्द और बार-बार दवा लेने पर भी आराम न मिलना यह संकेत देता है कि शरीर में वात-पित्त दोष, गर्भाशय की सूजन, हार्मोन असंतुलन या अंदरूनी स्त्रीरोग संबंधी समस्या हो सकती है। कई बार अल्ट्रासाउंड सामान्य आने पर भी समस्या पूरी तरह दिखाई नहीं देती। इसलिए सही जांच और नियमित उपचार बहुत जरूरी है।
आयुर्वेद में ऐसी स्थिति में उपचार का उद्देश्य दर्द कम करना, मासिक धर्म नियमित करना, सूजन घटाना और गर्भाशय को मजबूत करना होता है।
आयुर्वेदिक सुझाव:
कुमारी आसव 15ml + बराबर पानी, भोजन के बाद दिन में 2 बार
अशोकारिष्ट 15ml + बराबर पानी, दिन में 2 बार
राजःप्रवर्तिनी वटी 1 गोली सुबह-शाम (डॉक्टर की सलाह से)
पेट दर्द अधिक हो तो हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी से लें
रोज हल्का गुनगुना पानी पिएं और पेट पर हल्की गर्म सिकाई करें
खान-पान और दिनचर्या:
ठंडी चीजें, फ्रिज का पानी, ज्यादा चाय-कॉफी, मैदा, फास्ट फूड और खट्टी चीजें कम करें
रात में देर तक जागना और तनाव कम करें
तिल, गुड़, देसी घी, हरी सब्जियां और हल्का सुपाच्य भोजन लें
योग में भुजंगासन, मकरासन और अनुलोम-विलोम लाभदायक रहेंगे
