मुझे बहुत पुरानी कब्ज है कोई भी एलोपैथिक दवाएं काम नहीं करती अभी तक रोज शुद्धि चूर्ण लेरहा हूं अब वह भी काम नहीं कर रहा है रात को दो चम्मच और सुबह एक चम्मच लेने के बाद पानी जैसा दस्त बहुत तेज 3/4 बार आता है तब पेट साफ होता है ।अब आप कोई बहुत असरदार दवा चूर्ण बताया जाये ।

पुरानी कब्ज में बार-बार तेज रेचक लेने से आँतें कमजोर और सुस्त हो जाती हैं, इसलिए अब शुद्धि चूर्ण भी सही असर नहीं कर रहा। आयुर्वेद में इसे वात प्रधान कब्ज माना जाता है। उपाय: रात में त्रिफला चूर्ण 1 चम्मच + गुनगुना पानी से शुरू करें कब्ज बहुत पुरानी हो तो गंधर्व हरितकी चूर्ण या एरंड भृष्ट हरितकी ले रोज 1–2 चम्मच गाय का घी भोजन में लें सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी और हल्की वॉक करें मैदा, चाय, ज्यादा मसाले, देर रात खाना और बार-बार रेचक दवा लेने से बचें पपीता, भीगा हुआ किशमिश, अंजीर और फाइबरयुक्त भोजन बढ़ाएं बार-बार पानी जैसे दस्त लाकर पेट साफ करना सही नहीं है। उचित दवा और दिनचर्या से धीरे-धीरे प्राकृतिक मल त्याग वापस लाना जरूरी है।

●कब्ज के मुख्य कारण • आहार में फाइबर की कमी • पर्याप्त पानी न पीना • अत्यधिक मांस का सेवन • ठंडा, बासी और सूखा भोजन • वात प्रधान स्वभाव • व्यायाम और शारीरिक गतिविधि की कमी • देर रात का भोजन और अनियमित दिनचर्या। आयुर्वेद कहता है कि वात असंतुलन = मल असंतुलन। कब्ज के दुष्प्रभाव: कब्ज केवल पेट तक सीमित नहीं है। इससे ये समस्याएं हो सकती हैं: • पेट में गैस और सूजन • सिरदर्द • मुंह से दुर्गंध आना • शरीर में विषाक्त पदार्थों (अमा) का जमाव • त्वचा और मानसिक विकार। इसलिए, कब्ज के लिए उपचार नहीं, बल्कि संतुलन की आवश्यकता होती है। ●वात को शांत करने वाले आहार का महत्व: कब्ज से बचाव का पहला कदम वात को शांत करने वाला आहार है। इनसे बचें: ठंडे खाद्य पदार्थ और पेय, सलाद, सूखे मेवे, अत्यधिक दालें और राजमा, बासी भोजन। अपनाएं: गर्म, ताजा भोजन, अच्छी तरह से पकी हुई सब्जियां, गर्म पानी और थोड़ी मात्रा में तेल या घी। ●त्रिफला: कब्ज के लिए सबसे अच्छा आयुर्वेदिक उपाय। यह कब्ज का सबसे संतुलित आयुर्वेदिक उपचार है। सेवन विधि: • 1 चम्मच त्रिफला • 1 कप गर्म पानी • 5-10 मिनट तक भिगोएं • रात में सेवन करें। यदि आपको रात में बार-बार पेशाब आता है, तो त्रिफला का सेवन सुबह खाली पेट करें। ●फाइबर क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है? फाइबर मल को नरम और सुगम बनाता है। अपने आहार में शामिल करें: • दलिया • जई • गेहूं का चोकर • साबुत अनाज • ताजे फल और सब्जियां। फाइबर + पानी = आसान मल त्याग। ● अरंडी का तेल (विशेष परिस्थितियों में) विधि – • अदरक की चाय • इसमें 2 चम्मच अरंडी का तेल मिलाएं • रात में सेवन करें। नियमित रूप से सेवन न करें क्योंकि इसकी आदत पड़ सकती है। ● अलसी का सेवन रात में • 1 चम्मच अलसी • 1 कप पानी में उबालें • बीजों के साथ पी लें। इससे मल त्याग में आसानी होती है और मल त्याग की प्रक्रिया तेज होती है। ● भविष्य में कब्ज से बचाव • नियमित भोजन • पर्याप्त पानी का सेवन • हल्का व्यायाम • ताजा, गर्म भोजन • तनाव कम करना • वात-अनुकूल जीवनशैली
