Your feelings may stem from a combination of emotional, mental, and physical imbalances, potentially linked to suppressed Kapha (emotional grounding) and aggravated Vata (loneliness and overthinking). Excessive indulgence in masturbation can deplete Ojas (vital energy), leading to feelings of dissatisfaction and low motivation. To restore balance, focus on nurturing activities like yoga, pranayama (especially Nadi Shodhana), and meditation to calm your mind and emotions. Develop meaningful connections through hobbies or community groups. Include grounding foods like nuts, seeds, ghee, and whole grains in your diet. Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari can support vitality and emotional well-being. If these feelings persist, consider speaking with a counselor or an Ayurvedic practitioner for holistic guidance.

Namaste Deepak ji, Your feelings of being "bounded" mentally and physically, along with emotional longing, may stem from Vata imbalance, which often leads to overthinking, emotional instability, and physical fatigue. Prolonged lack of companionship, combined with frequent indulgence in habits like excessive masturbation, can deplete Ojas (vital energy) and weaken mental and physical strength. Ayurvedic Recommendations: Restore Mental Balance: Take Brahmi Vati or Ashwagandha capsules (1 twice daily) to calm the mind and improve focus. Practice Anulom Vilom Pranayama daily for 10–15 minutes to reduce overthinking. Enhance Physical Vitality: Consume Chyawanprash (1 tsp) with warm milk in the morning to rejuvenate energy. Add Shatavari powder (1 tsp) to milk at night to nourish reproductive health and balance emotions. Lifestyle Adjustments: Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Weekly self-massage with sesame oil to calm the body and mind. Limit masturbation to maintain vitality and focus on creative or fulfilling activities during weekends. Emotional and Social Support: Reconnect with friends or pursue hobbies that bring joy. Building a social circle can alleviate feelings of loneliness. Dietary Support: Eat nourishing foods like ghee, milk, nuts, and fruits to strengthen body and mind. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods that aggravate Vata. Addressing your emotional needs and building a balanced routine will help restore your vitality and mental clarity. If feelings persist, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance.
