3. Bloating and Digestive Health Start your day with a glass of warm water with a pinch of ginger powder and rock salt. This improves digestion and reduces bloating. Drink cumin, coriander, and fennel tea after meals to ease digestion and relieve bloating. Eat light, easily digestible meals like khichdi and avoid raw vegetables, fried foods, and cold drinks.

4. Vision and Eye Swelling Wash your eyes twice a day with Triphala water. Soak Triphala powder in water overnight, strain it, and use the water to rinse your eyes. Apply a cotton pad soaked in rose water to your eyes for 10 minutes daily to reduce swelling and improve comfort. Consume almonds soaked overnight, peeled, and eaten in the morning with warm milk for improving vision.

5. General Lifestyle Tips Practice yoga poses like Vajrasana (after meals for digestion) and Trikonasana to improve circulation and reduce bloating. Sleep for 7–8 hours every night, avoiding screen exposure at least an hour before bedtime to reduce eye strain.
