I am really curious about shankhpushpi and if it is good for brain health because I've been dealing with some focus and anxiety issues lately. I mean, I've tried a few things like meditation and some supplements, but not much seems to work. A friend mentioned shankhpushpi and how it's supposed to be this amazing herb for mental clarity, but I honestly didn't know too much about it. I read some articles, and they all said shankhpushpi is good for brain function which sounds great, but I’m kinda skeptical. It’s like, how can one herb work wonders for everyone? I recently had some tests done since my concentration is just all over the place—sometimes I feel sharp, then suddenly not at all. Is shankhpushpi good for brain-related issues like mine? Should I be incorporating it into my routine, or are there any side effects I should worry about? And how would I even take it? Tea, capsules, something else? Just wondering if you guys have any personal experiences with it too. Can anyone help with this? Really hoping to get some clarity here!
