HELLO, Your fears bike riding, heights, driving, sports are common forms of phobia type anxiety. Since it has been present for more than 1 year and limits your daily activities, it should b managed properly and patiently In Ayurveda, such conditions are mainly related to vata imbalance affecting the Manovaha srotas (mental channels) and sometimes mild aggravation of Rajas guna INTERNAL MEDICATIONS 1) BRAHMI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals =improves memory, reduces anxiety 2) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =best for fear, nervousness, low confidence 3) SARASWATARISHTA= 15ml with water after meals = calms overactive mind 4) IF SLEEP DISTURBANCE- TAGARA CAPSULE= 1 cap at bedtime EXTERNAL THERAPIES 1) OIL MASSAGE with warm sesame oil all over the body followed by hot water steam or hot water bath 2) NASYA= instill 2 drops of Ksheerbala oil in each nostril daily morning These reduce vata and stabilize mind DAILY ROUTINE Since fear is vata related, follow a strict routine -wake up and sleep at fixed time -avoid excess mobile/social media -take warm, freshly cooked meals -avoid too much tea, coffee, cold drinks -do grounding activities walking barefoot on grass YOGA AND PRANAYAM Daily 15-20 min -Anulom bilom -bhramari pranayam -balasana -shavasana These calm the nervous system naturally MENTAL TRAINING (very important) Your fear is not wrong in soceity. Many people have similar fears Start gradual exposure therapy -First sit on bike without riding -Then ride slowly in empty area -Slowly increase comfort -for height- look from small height first Do NOT force suddenly. Small steps daily DIET -eat warm milk with nutmeg at night -ghee in small quantity -almonds soaked AVOID -dry, cold, stale food -excess spicy food -skipping meals IMPORTANT If fear causes -panic attacks -sweating, palpitations -avoiding almost all acitivities Then counselling + ayurveda both together gives best results. dont rely on one Your condition is treatable Since it is present for more than 1 year, Improvement may take 2-3 months with regular treatment Consistency is key DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Fear is not your weakness. It has become a habit because you have been avoiding situations for long. Start with one fear only. Take the smallest possible step and repeat it daily without break. For example, just sit on the bike for a few minutes. Next step only after you feel slightly comfortable. Small progress daily is more powerful than one big attempt. Do not escape once you enter a situation. Stay there until the fear reduces on its own. When you run away, fear becomes stronger. Practice slow breathing for five minutes morning and night. Keep sleep timing fixed. Do some physical activity daily. A stronger body supports a calmer mind. If this pattern has been there for more than a year and is limiting your life, it improves much faster with proper structured guidance instead of trying randomly. With the right step-by-step plan and monitoring, this can be reversed. If you are serious about overcoming it confidently, a detailed consultation will help design a personalized action plan for you.
