continuous nasal blockage at this age with triggers like dust pollution AC and weather changes indicates chronic allergic sinus sensitivity where the nasal passages remain inflamed and produce excess mucus this leads to post nasal drip which further triggers cough and wheezing and repeated episodes increase respiratory sensitivity over time Kanakasava ten ml twice daily after food with equal water helps in reducing cough wheezing and supports respiratory function Anu Tailam two drops in each nostril in the morning helps lubricate nasal passages and reduces dryness and irritation Avoid direct exposure to dust strong fan or AC air on face keep surroundings clean and reduce allergen exposure give warm water instead of cold avoid refrigerated food curd banana and cold items especially at night include simple warm home food like rice dal soups and vegetables

Namaste, Your son’s symptoms of constant nasal blockage, sinus sensitivity, and wheezing suggest an allergic tendency affecting the respiratory system. Triggers like dust, pollution, and AC are common in such conditions. Simple measures that may help: Avoid exposure to dust, smoke, and cold air (AC directly on face) as much as possible. Encourage steam inhalation once daily to help clear nasal passages. Give warm water and warm foods, avoid cold drinks, ice cream, and refrigerated items. Keep the room clean and dust-free, and use a mask if needed in polluted areas. Gentle breathing exercises can help improve lung strength. Since wheezing is also present, it is important to monitor regularly and consult a doctor, as respiratory allergies can sometimes progress if not managed properly. Ayurvedic medicines sometimes used to support such conditions include: Sitopaladi Churna – traditionally used to support cough and respiratory health. Talisadi Churna – sometimes used to help reduce congestion and improve breathing. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hello, Your Childs history clearly suggest chronic allergic sinusitis with reactive airway (wheezing tendency)- in Ayurveda this is usually a mix of kapha + vata imbalance . The goal is not just clearing blockage, but reducing hypersensitivity + preventing recurrence Core treatment principle -remove accumulate kapha (mucus) from head -strengthen respiratory immunity -reduce allergic reactivity -maintain daily nasal hygiene Internal medications ANU TAILA NASYA= 2 drops in each nostril ,morning empty stomach -positition= lie down, head slightly tilted back -course= minimum 3 months =clears mucus, lubricates nasal passage, reduces allergy frequency -prevents repeated sinus blockage Sinactil oil= apply on scalp + forehead beofore bath 45 min frequency= daily Helps -reduce sinus congestion, headache, allergic inflammation Internal support 1) Sitopaladi + talisadi churna= 1/2 tsp with honey twice daily after meals 2) Agastya rasayana= 1 tsp in morning 3) Haridra khanda= 1 tsp with milk twice daily Daily routine Morning routine -steam inhalation plain or ajwain water- 5 min -then anu taila -avoid cold exposure immediately after Night routine -warm water sipping -turmeric = honey if suits Diet most important -warm, light food -ginger, turmeric, black pepper -tulsi water Avoid -curd especially night -cold milk, ice cream -banana at night -refrigerated food -bakery ittems Wheezing link Your child pattern sinus-> post nasal drip -> cough-> wheeze So sinus is controlled, wheezing will automatically reduce Lifestyle -avoid direct AC exposure on face -use mask in dust/ pollution -daily pranayam= 5-10 min Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
